1. Log in to your TCM Members area.
2. Go to the member’s area ‘Dashboard’ and select the ‘Account’ icon.
3. Here you will find all of your TCM account information.

4. Then the name that is shown in ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ will be the name that is shown on your e-certificate.
